The story in brief:
The film starts with a scene of a busy Spanish inn. Pedro, the male lead character of the film is seen waiting for his beautiful lady love. His love comes after a while but ignores him. Pedro couldn't control his anger and has a heated arguement with her. He tries to tell her how much he loves her and that he can even end his life for her. Failing to convince her, a disheartened Pedro goes upstairs to his room and jumps out of the window. But instead of falling down he gets caught by the anchor of a flying machine as it passed by the inn. He is transported to the moon by the flying machine. The moon mocks Pedro and he looses his cool. He injures the moon badly. The stars and other celestial bodies strongly condemns this act of Pedro and come to the moon's aid. They arrange for a duel between Pedro and the moon. This time the moon wins and the celestial bodies throw Pedro back to earth to his lover. Watch the funny movie to see what finally happened to Pedro's love life.
