The story in brief:
The plot of this short film is about a showman inviting people to use his special Kinetoscope-like magic box to view answers to their biggest questions. They get to see scenes showing unflattering futures, be it's regarding their future bride, future business or discovering their ancestry and future descendants. The only person to get a satisfactory answer was the one who asked a to-the-point question. Watch the movie to see what was the question and the various entertaining transformation scenes seen by the gentlemen.
